TERMS ── Agreement and conditions

About the partner agreement

Co-creation partner agreement
As a co-creation partner who takes an active part in turning the vision into reality, you enter into a funding agreement with ZEN-BU Inc., the company that runs SHINDO. As a guide, the amount is ¥3–10 million in the first year and ¥1–3 million per year thereafter.
Transparency
We prepare our accounts under the guidance of external finance and accounting advisers, and publish a financial report at the end of each fiscal year.
Please be aware
Testing farming methods and technologies takes time; climate change has its effects; profitability is hard to achieve; and we may work in areas where the legal framework is not yet in place. We cannot offer financial returns or short-term results.
FLOW ── Four steps to an agreement

How an agreement comes together

Online conversation

We set up an online conversation so we can get to know each other and deepen our understanding.

02

Visit the field

Come to Aizu. Visit our bases and farmland in person, and spend time with the members.

We walk you through the basic terms of the agreement, then discuss the details together.

04

Sign the agreement

We conclude a business agreement. If you wish, we also explore possibilities for co-creation projects.

Individuals and businesses who sign a partner agreement are guaranteed the following gifts and benefits.

Rice and vegetable deliveries

Regular deliveries of Munokai's delicious rice, in proportion to your agreement, along with seasonal naturally grown vegetables and products such as miso and pickles.

or join existing ones.

You can launch new projects that fit SHINDO's context, and you can also take part in existing ones.
